Regular Maintenance Cleaning
- Clean the top and front of the refrigerator, stove, and oven
- Clean kitchen and counter tops, sinks, and small appliances
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Windex mirrors and television screens (non-plasma screens)
- Empty trash and place in central container
- Clean bathroom tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and counter tops
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and damp mop all floors
- Dust and polish all surfaces (cleaners will move items like picture frames and clean under them)
- Change the bed linens (if left out for them)
- Baseboards and ceiling fans will be added on a rotated basis for regular maintenance upkeep, provided there was a deep cleaning previously
Deep Cleaning
- All of the services provided for in the regular cleaning
- Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Clean electrical outlets
- Dust mini-blinds or shutters
- Cleaners are instructed to dust/vacuum the mini-blinds and to clean them to the best of their ability. In some cases, we may refer you to a specialty ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaner

- Vacuum furniture (family room furniture included with regular cleaning)
